E & U Water Coolers provides warranty coverage on all new water coolers sold, with most units carrying a standard one (1) year warranty. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects and eligible mechanical issues under normal use.
As warranty terms may vary by product and supplier, customers should refer to their sales receipt or invoice for the specific warranty details associated with their purchase. The receipt serves as the official record of warranty coverage and duration.
In-House Service & Repairs
All warranty assessments, servicing, and eligible repairs are handled in-house by E & U Water Coolers, ensuring faster turnaround times and consistent quality of service. Our technicians are trained to diagnose and repair water coolers efficiently using approved parts and procedures.
If an issue falls outside of warranty coverage, service options may still be available at an additional cost.
Service & Maintenance Packages
To help extend the life and performance of your water cooler, service and maintenance packages are available. These packages are designed to support optimal operation, reduce downtime, and address routine servicing needs over time.

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, unstable power supply, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Consumable parts and cosmetic damage may also be excluded.
